Avalon Newport Pellet Stove

With a footprint of 3 square feet from its width of 21.3 inches and depth of 20.9 inches, the Avalon Newport Pellet Stove is a compact appliance that can be installed in small rooms and even in mobile homes. It stands approximately 30 inches.
The pellet stove is designed to heat an area with a maximum size of 1,600 square feet with its maximum output of 28,000 BTUs. Equipped with a hopper having a capacity of 55 pounds of pellets, it can burn continuously for 50 hours without requiring a refill. The insert version of the stove, however, with its decreased hopper capacity at 35 pounds, can burn only up to 30 hours. It can burn both standard and premium grade wood pellets, but the latter not unexpectedly yields better results.
Filling the hopper is convenient as the entire stovetop can be lifted for the purpose. With its state-of-the-art circuit board, you only need to push a few buttons to set your desired heat level. Choose the feed rate and blower speed, and push the start button to get the heavy-duty auger motor rolling. Even the igniter will automatically start spewing sparks to fire up the pellets. An optional wall thermostat or a remote control also allows you to adjust your settings.
Pellets fall into a stainless steel burn pot where they are automatically ignited. When totally burned, any residue falls into a large pull out ash pan. At the back of the burn pot is a brick fireback that mimics the appearance of a traditional fireplace. At its front is a large window covered with a high temperature glass which provides you with an excellent view of the flames. It is equipped with an air glass cleaner to keep your view of the fire unobstructed at all times.
Quiet yet powerful blowers move heated air from the burn chamber into the room via heat transfer air tubes.
The heavy gauge steel casing of the Avalon Newport Pellet Stove matches the heavy-duty performance of its internal mechanisms. With this pairing, you are assured of a durable stove that you can use for many winters.
